Hundreds of students walk to class in the afternoon.
The sidewalks in Charlottesville look as busy as those in New York City....at least for a few minutes.
So that is how you make it to class early...avoid walking traffic and ride that bike.
It is a Mac world at the University of Virginia. Most students ditched the PC's for Macs :::
This student texts and checks e-mails while waiting for the next class.
Reading, reading, reading at the lawn
A caffeinated education ::: The coffee is always important in a college world.
Bikes await for their owners to come out of class...
The autumn leaves start to fall.
And of course, you find the weirdest things in college campuses. This random dude tries to convert students to some sort of religion.
This is a college campus where students walk, ride a bike, read, text, drink coffee, and experience freedom of speech. Overall, a college campus where students are constantly on the RUN.

Oh wow these pictures make me miss college so bad! In fact, I just visited my friend at her college yesterday afternoon and felt the same way.
I miss the sprawling campus and being able to sit on a green hill with just a book and the sky. I miss being able to grab a cup of coffee and do absolutely nothing for two hours in between classes. I miss the freedom. Sigh.
LOVE this post. :)
I love your graphic comments -the ones w/pics- like this one and the one before...showed them to JulioJose, my boy and he was so serious and inspired about studying over there..its so different from Dominican universities...
thanks for the feelings shared.
