SNACKING MODE

I tend to get really anxious when I am working on homework. I do not smoke. Thus I release academic stress by eating. It helps me relax and entertains my brain while I think.


Have you ever heard of the freshman 15? It is this common belief that first year college students tend to gain some weight due to stress and anxiety. Well, I am a third year student now and my academic stress over the years has become the freshman 15 times 3.


Luckily, I walk a lot everyday.  


…I will go back to my homework now…and snacking of course.

A great way of relieving stress and lose some of that freshman 15 is to drink green tea throughout the day. I have been doing that and it is working wonders. :)

hahaha! i've defintelly heard of and experienced the freshman 15. and the sophmore 15 and the junior 15 lol. but luckily i make time for the gym so it doesn't really effect me! snack mode is good especially when you're eating grapes and cheese?
