Playing with LEGOs

If you thought only kids played with LEGOs—think again.

This is a LEGO station at one of the libraries at the University of Virginia. According to some experts, playing with the little blocks helps release stress.

I played with the LEGO’s for a little bit, but only managed to take a break from studying, rather than releasing some stress. Nevertheless, this is a great idea, particularly in a time when so many students are so stressed out due to finals.

SIDE NOTE: Whoever built this tower released quite some stress….

I think I went to the wrong college. If I had gone here & played with legos I DEFINITELY would have been majorly productive & less stressed. That's awesome!!

Hope your finals go good today!

I have to say I am pretty jealous of you playing with Lego's. I haven't played with them since I was about 12 years old. I should buy myself some.

I wish my school had had something like this! Lol. What a cool idea. I can see how it would relieve stress. It provides a nice distraction from studying, but also keeps your mind active. It lets you be creative without losing focus on everything else in your life...
